FAQ for therapists
Joining
Who can apply?
Massage therapists licensed in Washington (LMT) who live in or near Renton.
What do I need to apply?
Your Washington massage license number, a phone number, and a short note about your experience. A CV is optional.
What happens after I apply?
A person reads every application. If it’s a fit we arrange a call, check your license with the state, and then set up your profile.
Prices & earnings
Who sets my prices?
You do, for each length you offer, with an optional late-night price.
How much do I keep?
Between 80% and 85% of your day price, depending on your level. Any late-night premium is yours in full, and so are tips.
Are customers charged more than my price?
Customers pay your price plus a 10% service fee, shown to them separately. Your price is never marked up.
Working hours & area
Can I choose my hours?
Yes. You set your working hours, and you can take time off whenever you need to.
How far will I travel?
You set a travel radius. You only see bookings inside it.
How much time is there between bookings?
An hour before and after each booking is kept free for travel, so bookings can’t be squeezed back to back.
Equipment & safety
Do I need my own table?
No. Customers can choose a bed massage. If you bring a table you also appear for table bookings.
What if I feel unsafe at a booking?
Leave. Your safety comes first, and you will not be penalised for ending a session you feel unsafe in.
Can I decline a customer?
Yes, if you believe massage isn’t safe for them, or if you feel unsafe.
