• When you book: your name, phone number, email (optional), the address of the massage, and any note you write to your therapist.
• When you pay: your card is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you apply as a therapist: your contact details, license number and what you tell us about your experience.

2. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the booking form working and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To arrange and take payment for your booking, to let your therapist reach you on the day, to send receipts and booking messages, and to answer your questions.

4. Who we share it with

Your therapist sees the details they need for your booking: your first name, the address, your phone number and your note. Our payment and messaging providers process data on our behalf. We don’t sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your bookings and for our legal and tax records.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
