Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is what happens when they do.
Draft policy. It will be confirmed before bookings open.
Cancelling
- More than 2 hours before: free. You get a full refund to your card.
- Within 2 hours: 100% of the therapist’s price is charged, because your therapist has set that time aside and is often already travelling.

Changing your booking
Changes to your setup (bed or table) or your details are free up to 12 hours before the appointment.
When the full price is charged
- You aren’t there when the therapist arrives, or don’t answer the door or phone.
- The address or access instructions were wrong.
- The contact details given don’t reach you.
- Anything other than massage is requested. The session ends immediately.
Running late
If the massage can’t start within 10 minutes of the booked time because of a delay on your side, it still ends at the booked time, at the full price.
If your therapist cancels
You get a full refund, including the service fee, and we’ll help you find another therapist.
Exceptions
If something outside your control stops your booking, contact us. We can waive a charge.
